3. When you want to buy, fill up the ORDER FORM (downloadable here) and send signed form back to lizzie.elzingre@gmail.com

4. Once order form has been signed and submitted, order is deemed final, no cancellation is allowed and payment must be made within 1-2 days.  

5. After you sent to us the order form, wait for your invoice. We will send you an invoice that shows the total amount you must pay, and within 24 hours from the time you sent to us the order form. 

6. How to pay, Where to pay and Who to pay will be written in the invoice. Keep your invoice because this is your transaction receipt.

7. Arrange payment immediately through PAYPAL, Unionbank CASH DEPOSIT, Chinabank CASH Deposit or Cebuana Lhuillier (preferred) 

8. PLEASE notify us on the payment details when payment has been made. Note: items will be shipped only upon confirmation of your full payment.  

9. Please allow 3-15 DAYS DELIVERY LEAD TIME, after full payment, for your items. Bulk order needs 15-30 days delivery lead time.

10. All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipment and rest assured that all the products are packed securely and in good condition.
